If others add more, I'll update this post. I have Gateway to Caen, Panthers in the Fog, Last Stand Arnhem and Cross of Iron.
This is all I could think of off the top of my head. Or, throw smoke in front of him so he cannot see you well. If you need to push past an enemy but he'll fire and kill your guys, have some other units start firing at him so he is forced to keep his head down. This game does a great job at modeling suppression. For example, Z is MOVE, B is SMOKE (if the unit can) Z, X, C, V, B - These keys on the keyboard map to the right-click menu of a unit for actions. If a unit is appearing under a particular UI piece, hide it until you're done working with the unit, then show it again.į9 - Displays the options menu while you are in the middle of a battle. By default, they are all already visible. It also displays how well the cover is at this particular spot, and the type of terrain.į4-F8 - Toggles various UI displays. RIGHT-CLICK - Hold this down to show the elevation of the map under the cursor. The commanders have a higher radius and it is good for moral to keep other units wihtin this radius SPACE - Shows the command radius of all units.
